Single User Licences

(For single-user licences, the Hardware Fingerprint is an 8-digit hexadecimal code generated by p2msp which uniquely identifies a PC - you can find the Hardware Fingerprint for a PC which has p2msp installed by clicking the "Enter Key" button on the reminder dialogue displayed on MS-Project start-up)

Site Licence Pack

(Site Licence User Name is set to the Organisation ID + number of users, and Hardware Fingerprints for individual PCs are not required. Please note that we do not support any form of concurrent user licencing - every individual user must be covered by the Site Licence volume)

Support & Maintenance

Each software purchase comes with 90 days free full maintenance effective as of the date of the purchase invoice. This maintenance allows the purchaser to download, free of charge, any software updates and upgrades that may be available within the maintenance time period and also entitles the licensee to 90 days telephone and email software support (not including consulting or training services).
Purchasing additional maintenance adds 12 months to the 90 day complimentary maintenance period. Maintenance subscribers will receive email alerts when software updates are available.
The cost of an additional 12 months maintenance is 20% of the original purchase price if purchased at the time of ordering or within the complimentary 90-day period, or 25% if purchased after the 90-day complimentary period has expired.

Once notification of payment has been received (usually instant) we will email your licence details to you.

Company PO (subject to approval)
We will send you an invoice via email, based on the details submitted here. Once we have received (by email, fax or post) your approved and authorised official Company Purchase Order, your licence details will be sent to you via email.

Cheque/Wire Transfer
We will send you an invoice via email, based on the details submitted here. Once we have received and cleared your payment, your licence details will be sent to you via email.
