Support & Maintenance Each software purchase comes with 90 days free full maintenance effective as of the date of the purchase invoice. This maintenance allows the purchaser to download, free of charge, any software updates and upgrades that may be available within the maintenance time period and also entitles the licensee to 90 days telephone and email software support (not including consulting or training services). Purchasing additional maintenance adds 12 months to the 90 day complimentary maintenance period. Maintenance subscribers will receive email alerts when software updates are available. The cost of an additional 12 months maintenance is 20% of the original purchase price if purchased at the time of ordering or within the complimentary 90-day period, or 25% if purchased after the 90-day complimentary period has expired.

Company PO        (subject to approval)	We will send you an invoice via email, based on the details submitted here. Once we have received (by fax or post) your approved and authorised official Company Purchase Order, your licence details will be sent to you via email.
Cheque/Post	We will send you an invoice via email, based on the details submitted here. Once we have received and cleared your payment, your licence details will be sent to you via email.
