• Changed the Risk Impact Quantification settings in the p2msp Options screen, so that these are now saved with your individual project file - this means that you can easily specify different settings for each project so that you can analyse your risks appropriately according to the size & scale of your project, and your settings will be remembered when you open your project file
• Fixed a problem where the default settings for Library file pathnames could be incorrect - this would only occur if you installed p2msp using a different user name than your own user name (e.g. by using the Administrator account to install p2msp). We recommend that you install p2msp by granting administrator privileges to your own account if required.
• Fixed a problem where an unexpected error might occur in unusual circumstances related to MS-Project Application DisplayAlerts settings
• Fixed a problem which might occur whereby a new issue or risk might erroneously inherit the same hyperlink for a related document as a previously viewed issue or Risk
• Fixed a problem where the text displayed on an optional message (i.e. one with a "Do not display this message again" checkbox) might be truncated under unusual circumstances
• Fixed a problem where an unexpected error might occur on a Risk Form when clicking "OK", if the Risk Short Name was >10 characters in length

• You can now arrange the Product Breakdown Structure to get exactly the display you want via our new PBS columns feature
• Saving your own named views of the PBS now includes all aspects of the view - zoom level, drawing style, box shapes etc.
• Data Storage methods are improved, speeding up your file saves and offering easier options for Project Server users
• PFD views are improved so that you can customise multiple views of the PFD to display exactly as you want

• New option to Hide Issues and Risks on the Gantt Chart when producing MS-Project reports

• In the PBS window, if you hover the cursor over the PBS Views dropdown on the toolbar, it will display the name of the currently select view as a tooltip.
• The Tasks Tab on the Product Description, Risk & Issue Forms is always enabled, even if there are no tasks. This means you can manually enter the initial tasks for a Product (or Issue or Risk) without having to exit to MS-Project.
• A new Date Closed field has been added to Risk and Issue Forms, which can be entered when closing an item - this new field is used to drive the new periodic reporting for Risks and Issues. There is an automatic conversion process for users upgrading from previous versions, which will populate this field on existing closed Issues and Risks.
• Prior to this version, sub-tasks could only be manually added to an active Issue or Risk. Now you can manually add sub-tasks to an Issue or Risk regardless of its status.
• You can now right-click in an empty area of the PBS window, this will open a popup menu which enables you to adjust spacing between boxes in the PBS diagram.
• When you click on the main p2msp toolbar to open any p2msp screen, the current MS-Project View, Filter and any Grouping will be saved and later restored when you exit the p2msp screen.
• The range of custom report keywords for standard and custom MS-Project fields has been extended to include all of the new fields in Project 2003, including all Enterprise fields.
